Delivery
Digital products are typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase. If you don’t receive your product within this time, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Refunds and returns
Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, we generally don’t offer refunds once you’ve accessed the content. However, if you’re genuinely not satisfied, contact us within 14 days and we’ll try to resolve the issue.
Coaching services: Refund terms will be agreed separately for any coaching services.
Technical issues: If you can’t access your product due to technical problems on our end, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement.
